DOMESTIC PURCHASES

Domestic Purchases on golfexchange.com are shipped via FedEx*. At checkout, you will be given three shipping options: Ground, 2 Day, or Overnight service.

*If you require shipment to a Post Office box please contact us at info@golfexchange.com to facilitate that request.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

International Purchases on golfexchange.com are shipped via USPS Priority Mail international. You will be given the option to update at check out to FedEx expedited services.

Buyers are responsible for any and all additional import taxes and fees. We are not responsible for and can not calculate these costs. Consult your local customs office for more information.

FREE SHIPPING

All items purchased at golfexchange.com are shipped via FedEx Ground free of charge within the United States! No fine print, no minimum order required!

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Golf Exchange does not ship items on weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Our warehouse will also be closed for shipping on the following holiday dates:

• Memorial Day 
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day (Dec. 26)
• New Years Day

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

FedEx will make up to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $800 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Products shipping directly from the manufacturer may require a signature for delivery.

FedEx GROUND TRANSIT TIMES

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and will ship within 24 hours of purchase. FedEx Ground orders received on after 12pm Eastern Friday will usually ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 days after leaving FedEx. Please consult the map below for estimated transit times to your location:

NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY SERVICES TRANSIT TIMES

Orders requested via FedEx Overnight should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays. Orders sent via FedEx 2 Day Air should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by FedEx subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (ET) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a Golf Exchange Customer Service Representative at 1-800 NUMBER COMING ASAP or contact us at info@golfexchange.com.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Most items shown on golfexchange.com will be in stock and available for immediate shipment. On the occasion that an item is not available, you will be alerted on the product purchase page prior to adding that item to your cart.

CUSTOMER ORDER ITEMS

Select items which are available to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, but not on hand at the golfexchange.com warehouse will be noted on the item page as “Available For Customer Order.” These items will be drop shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for these items to arrive. You will receive a notice if the item will take longer than 5-10 days to ship from the manufacturer.
